About
Up & At Em Housing & Stability Pathways Program Finding stable housing can be overwhelming. Applications, waitlists, documentation, eligibility requirements, benefits, transportation, and limited housing opportunities can make the process difficult to navigate alone. The Up & At Em Housing & Stability Pathways Program helps individuals understand and navigate the steps involved in moving toward longer-term housing stability. Support may include identifying housing options, navigating affordable and supportive housing resources, organizing housing applications, understanding documentation requirements, connecting with housing authorities and community organizations, locating rental assistance resources, and following up on referrals and applications. For individuals living in sober homes or other structured settings, we can also help create a plan for the transition toward the next appropriate housing situation. We do not guarantee housing placement, provide housing directly, or replace housing authorities, landlords, shelters, or housing professionals. Instead, we help you understand your options, organize the process, connect with appropriate resources, and keep moving forward when barriers arise. Who is it for? Individuals who are experiencing housing instability, preparing to leave a structured living environment, or working toward more stable housing. Our approach: Understand Your Options → Build a Plan → Complete Steps → Connect With Resources → Follow Up Housing stability is more than finding a place to stay. It is about building a pathway toward a safer and more sustainable future.
